VERIFY YOUR IP-CAM
To use this component, your IP-Cam software must be capable to modify the format of the file sent to the server OR, (from 1.1.2 version) that the date/time in the filename, is one of those set in the component preferences.
Here you can verify if your IP-Cam file format is compatible with the format used by the component and, if not, you must do needed adjustements.
Right formats follows:
1. Versions 1.0.0 and 1.1.0
These versions provide only one date/time format. If your ipcam uses a different format, it must be adapted via its software. If this is not possible, you have to install the component version 1.1.0 or higher, or you may ask us to add a new date/time format to the component.
xxx(yyy)_0_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS_zzz
where:
xxx is the IPCam ID, composed by any number of alphanumeric characters
(yyy) the name you want assign to your IPcam between required rounded brackets
_0_ required characters, they separe IPcam data from file data
YYYY four digit year
MM two digit month
DD two digit day
HH two digit hour, in 24hours format
MM two digit minutes
SS two digit seconds
_ZZZ part is optional. If used, is composed by the required _ char (underline) and, normally, by a progressive number.
2. Version 1.1.2 (since 2015, april)
Starting with version 1.1.2 there are the following 5, including 4 new date/time formats; select in the options the format of your ipcam or ask us to add what you need:
YYYYMMDDhhmmss
(all items one near each other as for version 1.0.0 referred to point 1. above)
YYYYMMDD - hhmmss
(minus sign between the date and time )
YYYYMMDD_hhmmss
(underscore between date and time)
YYYY_MM_DD_hh_mm_ss
(DT elements separated by underscores)
_YY_M ? _G ? _h ? _m ? _s ?
(elements - month , day, hour , etc. - not formatted or formed by one or two digits) for example 1 instead of 01: 7 instead of 07, etc., and year with only last two digits eg 13 instead of 2013, all separated by an underscore.
